MacOS Desktop App: Download

Teams App: Download and see below for installation information

After installing the TeamsApp .msi, you will be prompted to set the default app for SIPS, choose BGMconnects for Teams (not the BGMconnects desktop app).

Then download the Teams Plugin and add to Microsoft Teams as shown in the video below.
